We ship out our orders within 1 business day of the order being placed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, our returns staff are happy to process your return and issue you a refund or replacement in a timely manner.

We offer a 90 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee against any and all defects. All products are also covered under our 1 Year Warranty.

If the product received is defective or there is an error with the shipping, please contact us within 90 days of when the order was placed to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. We will also pay for return shipping as well. Simply let our staff know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement and they’ll make sure it gets done.

All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted. 

If the wrong product is purchased by mistake we can only accept the return if the manufacturer packaging is still intact. The customer will be responsible for return shipping for this instance. A refund will be issued minus the amount paid for shipping from our warehouse as we are not responsible for mistakenly placed orders.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any event caused by an undeliverable or wrong address which is provided to us by the customer.
